Workplace Wellbeing & Service Development

Creating psychologically informed workplaces where people and organisations thrive.

As an award-winning Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I work with organisations to develop workplace wellbeing initiatives, deliver engaging mental health education and support psychologically informed approaches to service development.

My experience includes establishing the Mental Health Department for Homeless Care, helping develop an award-winning psychological wellbeing service for frontline NHS staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, and delivering workshops for organisations including Google, Ofcom, King and Iceland.
