Jemma Wilkinson is an accredited Psychotherapist based in Kent, UK, with a rich background in various therapeutic modalities. She holds a first-class honours degree in Counselling from the University of East London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosis from King's College London, and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision. She has extensive experience working in diverse settings, including Harley Street, the NHS, and private practice. Jemma is one of just 50 specialist Psychosis therapists in the world and has a rich education and experience working with this complex and challenging illness.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and CBT-P (specifically for psychosis). She is also known for her directive and solution-focused style, helping clients to move forward with practical tools and clear strategies when they feel stuck. This blend allows her to tailor sessions to the unique needs of her clients, which include adults, young people, and couples. She addresses a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, the LGBTQIA+ community, relationships, and identity exploration.

In addition to her therapy work, Jemma offers clinical supervision to other mental health professionals, employing various models such as the Queer 7-Eyed Model and the Petruska Clarkson Relationship Model to enhance professional development and support.
