My Background
I am a Accredited National Counselling Society Therapist operating both face-to-face in my therapy room in Kent and online worldwide. I have a first class honours degree in Counselling and a postgraduate diploma in Psychosis from Kings College London and an advanced diploma in Clinical Supervision.
My main modalities are:
Person centred therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Existential therapy, Psychodynamic therapy.
I have also trained in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
I have extensive experience working with extreme trauma, grief, sexuality, gender, eating disorders, emotional and physical abuse and complex mental health concerns as well as anxiety and depression. I work using various therapeutic models taking into account your needs, ensuring each session is focused on you, with acceptance and non-judgement.
