Jemma also provides specialised psychotherapy services for children and young people, helping them navigate challenges like anxiety, behavioural issues, school-related stress, and family dynamics. Her practice includes using creative techniques and play therapy to engage younger clients effectively.

In addition to her therapy work, Jemma offers clinical supervision to other mental health professionals, employing various models such as the Queer 7-Eyed Model and the Petruska Clarkson Relationship Model to enhance professional development and support.
