Accredited Psychotherapist
I have extensive experience working within the NHS, Harley Street, and private practice, supporting adults, young people, couples, and organisations. My specialist interests include psychosis, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, relationships, and identity.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, CBT for Psychosis (CBTp), Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Transactional Analysis, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit one particular model.
Alongside my clinical work, I provide clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as CPD training, clinical workshops, and workplace mental health training for organisations, healthcare professionals, and businesses.
