Sometimes, you don’t need—or aren’t ready for—long-term therapy. Single-Session Therapy (SST) is designed to give you focused, meaningful support in one session, with practical strategies and insights you can use immediately.
I work collaboratively with you to clarify your priorities, explore challenges, and identify solutions. Sessions are structured to maximise impact, helping you leave with a clear plan, tools, or strategies that you can apply right away. I also integrate your strengths and resources, empowering you to take actionable steps toward your goals.
SST is available in two formats:

50-minute session – Ideal for a focused consultation or to gain clarity on a specific issue.

75-minute session – Provides additional time for deeper exploration and more comprehensive strategy development.
