Privacy Policy: Your Right to Make a Data Protection Complaint If you have any concerns about how I collect, use, store, or otherwise process your personal information, you have the right to make a complaint directly to me in the first instance. You can submit a complaint by emailing me at **[jemmawilkinsontherapy@outlook.com](mailto:jemmawilkinsontherapy@outlook.com)** and providing details of your concern. I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and investigate it in a fair and proportionate manner. I aim to respond as soon as possible and will keep you informed of progress where appropriate. I will respond to your complaint without undue delay and, where possible, within 30 days of receiving it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent authority for data protection. However, I encourage you to contact me first so that I have the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Further information about your data protection rights and how to make a complaint to the ICO can be found on the ICO's website.
