Individual Psychotherapy Sessions

• Standard Session (50 minutes): £75 (concessions available)

  • A focused 50-minute session for individual exploration and support.

• Extended Session (75 minutes): £95

  • A more in-depth 75-minute session for comprehensive therapeutic support.

Couples Sessions

• Couples Therapy (60 minutes): £90

  • Tailored sessions to address relationship dynamics and enhance communication​

    • Sessions can be tailored to short-term needs or longer-term support as required.

    • Payment Information

    • Payments for psychotherapy sessions can be made through:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Insurance

    • Jemma may be eligible to work with certain insurance providers. Please inquire about insurance coverage and reimbursement options.

    • Cancellation Policy

    • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Sessions cancelled within this timeframe may be subject to the full session fees
